Evaluation of the Prostate Cancer Specialist Nursing Program 2020-2023: PCSN Services Funded by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Aged Care. Report to the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia.

<p dir="ltr">This document presents the Framework and detailed project plan to be used by the UTS Team in the evaluation of the Prostate Cancer Specialist Nursing (PCSN) program undertaken for the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia (PCFA). The detailed project plan and Framework are required components of the PCFA Request for Proposal (Deliverables 1 and 2) and will enable clarification of finalise details of the evaluation processes prior to commencing data collection. This document has been prepared by the UTS Evaluation Team in consultation with the PCFA Director of Nursing Programs.</p>
