While the passage of the Aged Care Act<br>2024 (Cth) laid the foundation for a restructured care system centred on rights-based<br>principles and stronger governance, the operational and financial implications of reform are<br>now becoming evident. Both home care and residential care providers face tightening fiscal<br>conditions, evolving compliance obligations, and the urgent need to adapt to new funding<br>and pricing frameworks</p>
