A submission to the Independent Review of Residential Aged Care Accommodation Pricing: UARC Response

<p dir="ltr">This submission addresses specific questions in the consultation paper and comments on other matters of relevance to the Independent Review. It includes analysis contained in the most recent biannual publication on the state of Australia’s aged care sector - Australia’s Aged Care Sector: Mid-Year Report (2024-25) which in itself draws on StewartBrown’s Financial Performance Survey data. The Full Year (2024-25) edition of the Sector Report will be published in December this year.</p><p dir="ltr">UARC welcomes further engagement with the Independent Reviewers should there be any issues on which UARC can assist.</p>
